• Print Manager Plus - Print Manager Plus allows centralised control, tracking and management of all printing activity on a Microsoft Windows print server. Print Manager Plus does not change the Windows infrastructure and relies only upon the standard Windows print subsystem.
• SchoolSuite Mail - SchoolSuite Mail is a secure mail client with a clean and simple interface specifially designed for use by students at schools operating a Microsoft Exchange mail server. It is designed to co-exist on computers with Microsoft Outlook, allowing you to control which users have access to which mail client.
• Teacher Resources - The SchoolSuite Teacher Resources module is a management console for use by teachers in the classroom, providing access to all the ICT management tools a teacher may need in a classroom during the course of a lesson.

• Add User Wizard - The Add User Wizard is designed to simplify the process of adding individual students without the need of the import file used by the User Import Wizard when bulk creating new user accounts.
• Boot Disk Wizard - The Boot Disk Wizard can be used to create a boot diskette that will configure a workstation by downloading and installing a master backup image held on the server.
• Deployment Wizard - The Software Deployment Wizard is designed to simplify the process of installing software to one or more computers without the need to visit each computer individually.
• Desktop Update Wizard - The desktop update wizard is used to ensure that any changes made to the desktop folders are replicated in the desktop cache files and hence the user's off-line desktop folders.
• Disk Usage Explorer - The Disk Usage Explorer helps identify applications or users consuming inappropriate levels of disk storage, allowing the problem to be addressed before it becomes serious.
• File Synchroniser - The File Synchroniser is used to help ensure you always have the most up to date copies of your files and documents available when using your computer on or off the network.
• Image Prep Tool - The Image Prep Tool simplifies the process of preparing a computer for imaging and becoming the base on which other computers on the network can be cloned.
• Link Wizard - Link points are a feature of SchoolSuite and can be very useful in helping with the difficulties that can occur when making applications available using a single desktop profile.
• User Import Wizard - Creating new student user accounts at the start of the a new school year can be an arduous task. Fortunately the SchoolSuite User Account Import Wizard can make light work of the complex sequence of tasks involved.

• HAL Test Wizard - The HAL Test Wizard is intended to help make the testing of disk images on different computers easier, by configuring a start-up menu that can be used to test alternate HALs.
• User Template Editor - The User Template Editor manages the templates used by the Add User Wizard and User Import Wizard and defines the login name rules, profile settings, group membership and folder security used when creating new user accounts.
