This user guide lists some of the commonly used features in the Print Manager Plus administration console to give you a feel for some of the facilities available. However, Print Manager Plus is a powerful product and it is beyond the scope of this document to cover all the available features. If you need more information, please download the user manual.

User Details The User Details tab displays all domain user accounts and their current print quota status. You can manage individual user accounts from here by double clicking on the user's name and adjusting the Account and Restrictions settings shown below. |

User Group Details The User Group Details tab displays all domain global user groups and their current print quota settings. You can manage settings that will be applied to user accounts that are members of a group from here by double clicking on the group's name and adjusting the Account and Restrictions settings shown below. |

Organization Units The Organization Units tab displays all the domain Organisational Units and their current print quota settings. You can manage settings that will be applied to user accounts that are members of an organisational unit from here by double clicking on the organisational unit's name and adjusting the Account and Restrictions settings shown below. |

Printers The Printers tab displays all the printers installed on the print server and their current printer control settings. Settings such as cost per page are controlled by a default printer setting, which can be changed as required. You can also change the settings of the default printer or individual printers by double clicking on the printer's name and adjusting printer settings. |

Print Servers The Printer Servers tab displays all the Print Manager Plus servers installed on the network. The print servers listed can be stopped or started from here, as well as examining the Print Manage Plus license details. |

Reports The Reports tab displays a selection of predefined reports that can be displayed, printed or exported to another format. |

Account Settings The Account tab of the Edit Settings window allows you to configure the account balance and update schedule for the type of account selected above. For Global Groups or Organisational Units the it will change the settings that will be applied to all members of the group or unit. For individual user accounts it can be used to adjust their current settings. |
