The supply of a SchoolSuite Network is rarely, if ever, an "unpack and plug in" affair and our installations are conducted by experienced Engineers who are more than capable of reacting to the unique circumstances and unforeseen challenges that an installation will often give rise to. As SchoolSuite is our own solution and we have the ability to adapt the product, if required, to respond to any unexpected events. We see our flexible approach to ensuring your network works the way that suits you as one of our unique selling points and we endeavour to resolve unusual requirements with creative solutions. One of the key advantages of working with RedFox and SchoolSuite is that you will rarely be told 'Sorry that's just the way it is!' Indeed many much appreciated features in the product have evolved from a customer commenting 'wouldn't it be good if....'
Another factor that can improve the installation is how 'hands-on' the school would like to be. Depending on the core competencies of the support staff within the school, it is often in everyone's interest to allocate some time early in the installation to provide basic instruction on image preparation and deployment to the school's support staff. This can reduce the time required for an installation and improve the support staff's confidence and ability to support the network. As with many aspects of the SchoolSuite solution, our flexibility regarding your requirements usually lends itself to a relatively stress free installation which results in an ICT resource everyone is happy with. |

The success of any network will in part come down to the quality of installation provided. Installation of a new network or expansion of an existing one needs to be carried out by trained professionals who have the support and resources of a professional organisation. 
RedFox do not adopt a 'one size fits all' approach and we consider the installation a to be a two-way event; the school's input and feedback before, during and after the installation is vital to the success of the project. With the school's involvement, it is often possible to reduce the time allotted for client installation by pre-configuring new file servers as well as basic disk images for deploying across the majority of the client workstations within the school.
