For staff with portable computers Teacher Resources can be configured so that the lesson location can be selected from a list and the computer will be configured to work with the resources in the room. This feature is configured via computer or user base group policy settings.

The video demonstrates a user based approach, enabling the option for all Teachers. The computer based method is identical apart from the selecting the computer container as opposed to the user container. You can see the effect the policy changes have on Teacher Resources in the corresponding Teacher Resources demonstration.

For the sake of expediency and to reduce network usage this video may have been optimised to remove periods of inactivity and may not display events in real time, as you would expect to see them on your own network.  You should not be concerned if tasks take more time to complete than indicated by the video.
