- Add User Wizard - The Add User Wizard is designed to simplify the process of adding individual students without the need of the import file used by the User Import Wizard when bulk creating new user accounts.
- Boot Disk Wizard - The Boot Disk Wizard can be used to create a boot diskette that will configure a workstation by downloading and installing a master backup image held on the server.

- NetSupport School - NetSupport School is a SchoolSuite add-on module that provides teachers with the ability to instruct, monitor and interact with their Students either individually, as a pre-defined group or to class as a whole.
- Print Manager Plus - Print Manager Plus allows centralised control, tracking and management of all printing activity on a Microsoft Windows print server. Print Manager Plus does not change the Windows infrastructure and relies only upon the standard Windows print subsystem.
- SchoolSuite Mail - SchoolSuite Mail is a secure mail client with a clean and simple interface specifially designed for use by students at schools operating a Microsoft Exchange mail server. It is designed to co-exist on computers with Microsoft Outlook, allowing you to control which users have access to which mail client.
- Teacher Resources - The SchoolSuite Teacher Resources module is a management console for use by teachers in the classroom, providing access to all the ICT management tools a teacher may need in a classroom during the course of a lesson.
- User Import Wizard - Creating new student user accounts at the start of the a new school year can be an arduous task. Fortunately the SchoolSuite User Account Import Wizard can make light work of the complex sequence of tasks involved.
- User Template Editor - The User Template Editor manages the templates used by the Add User Wizard and User Import Wizard and defines the login name rules, profile settings, group membership and folder security used when creating new user accounts.
