Workaround for an apparent bug with SysPrep when mass storage reset is enabled; whereby SysPrep will only reset the mass storage driver list every other time it is run. Though not officially documented by Microsoft, this behaviour has been widely reported on the web. As a workaround the Image Prep tool will check the resulting sysprep.inf file post SysPrep (if the reset mass storage option was selected) to ensure it contains the necessary settings and run SysPrep again if it does not.

Option to reset Sophos configuration settings. |

If the Image Prep tool detects these versions of Sophos being installed it will display an additional dropdown list allowing the Sophos configuration to be reset, if selected the Image Prep tool will stop the necessary services and remove the registry values prior to commencing the SysPrep procedure. |
